Service Description

A condo inspection involves much more than the interior of the condo unit. We look at the common property, walkways, stairs, landscaping, roofing, parkade, and much more. If one condo unit leaks, many more below it can be affected. We look for signs of past water damage, electrical modifications, and much more. $300.00 per inspection for home up to 1000 sqft of floor area.
