Book Inspection Now No-one likes to be the last to know something, especially when selling your biggest asset! Get a good understanding of your home's conditions, and allow yourself a chance to preemptively correct deficiencies by having your own home pre-inspected prior to listing the property. We look for deficiencies and defects that could be flagged by a potential buyer’s inspector. Items we find to be deficiencies are ranked in the order of importance. $450.00 per inspection for home up to 3000 sq ft of floor area. Please inquire for homes greater than 3000 sq ft of floor area.
